Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

  • During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may be delayed until the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not at the time the order is placed.

If you place an order on a Friday, even if it ships the same day, delivery should be expected on Monday, excluding holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided.

Please note:

  • Carriers may take time to scan packages after pickup.

  • Tracking information may not update immediately and can show no movement for a short period.

  • This does not mean your package is delayed or lost.

For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking details, please contact the carrier directly, as we do not receive additional information beyond what is shown in the tracking link.

Responsibility After Shipment

BulkTHCVapes is not a shipping carrier. Once your order has been packed, labeled, and handed over to the carrier, it is outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other shipping-related circumstances
